First of all, we will need a minute to gather ourselves from the flattery of you reaching out.  It is truly cool whenever anyone brings their ideas (or needs!) to us.

We are going to take a look at the information you provided and determine what additional information we might need.

If we have a feeling that this might work out, then we will arrange to have an initial call with you. On that call we will go through all of the details you provided and more. We will use this time to get everything we need to put together a thorough proposal on our approach to the project.

We will put together an official proposal for your project. In that proposal, you will find the process, team, cost, and timing. It will also get into the nitty gritty of the deliverables and activities associated with the project.
